Psalm 19:1 says "The heavens are telling of the glory of God; and their expanse is declaring the work of His hands."  This is a timeless message - one that crosses all language barriers.  It is the message I desire to echo in my paintings.

The character of watercolor allows for a wonderful blending of spontaneity and control.  I enjoy each of these qualities, and as a result, my style is both interpretive and realistic.  I love bold color and interesting textures, but my primary focus is always on the light.  Light transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary and keeps me looking forward to the next painting opportunity.
